An elite team. One mission: your financial security.
Founded in 2023 by veterans with over 18 years in financial services, CentraLife was built to fix what's broken in retail life insurance: agents who don't understand their products, contracts designed for commissions instead of clients, and zero coordination between insurance, retirement, and tax planning.
The design philosophy is simple: life insurance as living money — a tax-advantaged asset families can use during their lifetime, not just leave behind.

15+ years inside payer contracting and credentialing — meet the CEO who knows insurance from the inside.

Executive-led. Built by 18-year industry veterans.
CentraLife’s leadership comes out of mortgage, life insurance, business infrastructure, and tax-mitigation strategy. The thread connecting all of it is one belief: most people lose to taxes and inefficiency, not to markets.
That work is led day to day by Mike Hamade, a CentraLife executive with 18 years across financial management, mortgages, and business infrastructure, who mentors much of the advisor network directly — alongside CEO Diane Alexandria, who spent 15+ years inside payer contracting and provider credentialing before crossing to the client’s side of the desk.
In its first two years the firm issued over $1.6 billion in coverage and now stands at $3 billion+, with 2,000+ contracted advisors serving 200,000+ families nationwide.
Today’s focus: building a knowledgeable, well-supported advisor force. Training emphasizes product mechanics, client fit, transparent tradeoffs, and the ongoing responsibility that begins after a policy is placed.
Built, not bought.
Behind the advisor-facing brand sits technology infrastructure CentraLife built rather than rented. Flownected™, a patent-pending platform the company describes as the industry’s first centralized repository, runs leads, calls, policy management, reporting, and compensation across the advisor network as one system.
Around it, a broader in-house ecosystem: OBXNX for producer hierarchy and commission metrics, Life Exam Lab for licensing and training new advisors, and Routes Made Simple for coordinating field teams. Each piece feeds the next — the licensing school produces the advisor, Flownected™ runs their book, OBXNX keeps the score. Carriers pay advisors directly.
Appointed with the nation’s leading carriers.
Independent and carrier-neutral. We place every recommendation with the issuer that fits the client — not the highest-paying contract.
